Necessary Data to Process vTESTstudio Support Request
In case you need support for vTESTstudio, please provide us with the following:
- Complete CANoe configuration
- vTESTstudio project folder including all related files
- Trace (*.blf) with the problematic test
- Test report
If you have difficulties with a diagnostic related functionality, please try first to manually proceed to the desired test (Diagnostic Console or CAPL) and document this check.
