Where can I find a description of the vFlash Status Codes when vFlash is called from CANoe via CAPL?
vFlash can be controlled via CANoe’s CAPL. A Node Layer dll is available and additionally an example on how to use the dll. For more information, please see this article.
A meaningful description of the status codes of this dll is available in the CAPL include file Utilities.cin provided with the vFlash installation and the CANoe installation.

The CANoe Node Layer dll uses the vFlash Automation API. The error and status codes of the Automation API are mapped onto the Node Layer status codes – they are not identical.
In case you use C# or C++ instead of CAPL, the Status Codes interpretation might differ.
