CANalyzer/CANoe 11 up to 13 Does Not Install on Windows 10
Why does my installation procedure of CANalyzer/CANoe 11 up to 13 fail?
This can appear if the .NET 3.5 framework is not activated.
Open Control Panel | Programs and Features | Turn Windows features on or off and check if .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) is activated:
During the installation process CANalyzer and CANoe the .NET 3.5 framework is requested and installation shall be triggered. If this is not successful you can also install and activate as described here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/install/dotnet-35-windows-10 (requires an internet connection).
If your computer is not connected to the internet or the installation of .NET does not work for another reason, please contact your IT department on how to activate .NET3.5.
