Vector AUTOSAR System Description Network Explorer PRO terminated unexpectedly
Which data is required so that Vector can provide a fast and substantive analysis of unexpected termination of the application with a specific database?
For a fast and substantive analysis please provide the following information:
- The database being used (if required Vector Support can provide a case specific exchange location)
- How was the database created? (e.g. was it converted from some other database format, etc.)
- Version of the AUTOSAR Explorer being used (Screenshot of Help | About)
- Version and Service Pack of the Vector application the AUTOSAR Explorer was installed with
- Workflow to reproduce the termination – e.g. Open ARXML via double click on Database Name in the CANoe Simulation Setup
