No Video Picture in CANape
In CANape, the video functionality is restricted. CANape does not have access to audio and video devices. As a result, I can see no video picture.
The audio and video access from devices like IP-cameras or network cameras may be blocked. This may be caused
- by a virus scanner, e. g. Kasperky Endpoint Security. Please find more information how to configure the Anti Virus Software to insert CANape into the Trusted List, so that it will not be blocked further, in the related KnowledgeBase Article.
- by a firewall. The camera picture may be seen in a web browser window but not in CANape. Please ensure, that the firewall does not block the camera.
