Newly Activated Vector License on VN8900 not Recognized
Why does the VN8900 not recognize my New Vector License, that I just activated?
The VN8900 reads licensing information – unlike a dektop computer – during startup of the operating system. This results in the behavior that a New Vector License that has just been activated (with the Vector License Client) is not instantly recognized by the Vector software.
A reboot of the VN8900 is required to recognize the New Vector License.
A prompt in the Vector License Client is planned to notify the user of this behavior.
