Search tips

apple banana
Find rows that contain at least one of the two words.

+apple +juice
Find rows that contain both words.

+apple macintosh
Find rows that contain the word 'apple', but rank rows higher if they also contain 'macintosh'.

+apple -macintosh
Find rows that contain the word 'apple' but not 'macintosh'.

+apple ~macintosh
Find rows that contain the word 'apple', but if the row also contains the word 'macintosh', rate it lower than if row does not. This is "softer" than a search for '+apple -macintosh', for which the presence of 'macintosh' causes the row not to be returned at all.

+apple +(>turnover >strudel)
Find rows that contain the words 'apple' and 'turnover', or 'apple' and 'strudel' (in any order), but rank 'apple turnover' higher than 'apple strudel'.

Find rows that contain words such as 'apple', 'apples', 'applesauce', or 'applet'.

"some words"
Find rows that contain the exact phrase 'some words' (for example, rows that contain 'some words of wisdom' but not "some noise words").

VN7570 Channel Configuration

Last updated: 2019-03-22
How to configure the channels?

VN7570/VN7572 are PCI Express Interfaces for FlexRay, CAN, LIN and J1708.

The interfaces provides eight channels plus one channel for I/O. Beside the four onboard CAN channels, four Piggyback plug-in locations (CH1…CH4) can be used for FlexRay, CAN and LIN channels (FlexRay2 only on VN7572):

In order to connect the device to the FlexRay/CAN/LIN bus or to use the IOs, one or more Piggybacks with suitable transceivers have to be inserted before. For CAN there are also on-board transceivers available.

A list of compatible Piggybacks can be found in Interfaces Accessories Manual.

LINpiggies have to be inserted after CANpiggies (in descending order). If you intend to use only one LINpiggy, please use the last plug-in location (CH4). J1708 should be handled like CAN here. Please refer to section Bus Configuration in the VN7572 Interface Manual for further details.

Note: for VN7570

If a FRpiggy is inserted (CH1), only two additional LINpiggies can be used (CH3/CH4). A third LINpiggy at CH2 returns a configuration error in Vector Hardware Config.
