A Reset Interrupts the Copying of a Block Instance During Sector Switching Procedure

Question:
What happens if a reset interrupts the copying of a block instance during the sector switching procedure?
Answer:
Only the MICROSAR Standard Fee uses the Sector Switch mechanism.
The sector switch will start again after the startup phase ended:
  • The Blocks which have been copied successfully before the reset will not be copied again.
  • The Fee evaluates the block which was intermitted and starts the copying process for this block again.
  • The Fee copies all other blocks which still need to be copied.
