Necessary Data to Analyze Hardware Problem

What information shall I provide to get fast support for my Vector hardware problem?
Answer:

Open your Vector Hardware Config via Windows Start|Control Panel

Click Support|Save configuration report. This report contains the list of all used Vector hardware and the corresponding driver versions. Provide this file (e. g. VHwConfReport.log) to the Vector Support team.
