For a fast and substantive analysis please provide the following information:

  • The database being used (if required Vector Support can provide a case specific exchange location)
  • How was the database created? (e.g. was it converted from some other database format, etc.)
  • OEM?
  • Version of the AUTOSAR Explorer being used (Screenshot of Help | About)
  • Version and Service Pack of the Vector application the AUTOSAR Explorer was installed with
  • Workflow to reproduce the termination – e.g. Open ARXML via double click on Database Name in the CANoe Simulation Setup
