On Windows, open a command prompt and type:
%VECTORCAST_DIR%\flexlm\lmutil lmstat -a -c <port@server>
On Linux, at a shell prompt run:
$VECTORCAST_DIR/flexlm/lmutil lmstat -a -c <port@server>
You should identify the specific port number and server name for <port@server> that provides VectorCAST licensing. It will be the same port@server that is specified in the VECTOR_LICENSE_FILE or LM_LICENSE_FILE environment variable when running VectorCAST. So for example if MYSERVER is providing licensing using default port 27000, the Windows command would be:
%VECTORCAST_DIR%\flexlm\lmutil lmstat -a -c 27000@MYSERVER
The above commands assume that there could be multiple FLEXlm license servers and/or products that will be found. If you only have one server with the only FLEXlm product being VectorCAST, then you do not need anything after the -a in these commands.
If you need to save this output, append > report.txt (no quotes) to the command above and the output will be redirected to the file report.txt.
